JORDAN FRISBEE & TATIANA MOLLMANN - WEST COAST SWING - USA
After attending Australia in May 2006, December 2007, January/February 2009, February 2011 & January 2012 for Nuroc Dance Company, we are honored to have them come back again to the Best of the Best event in January 2013!
Jordan Frisbee & Tatiana Mollmann have been a successful partnership for approximately 11 years. They are multiple US Open Champions, multiple NASDE Champions, & Multi-Grand National Champions, as well as dominating the Classic Division throughout the past 7-8 years. At the UCWDC Worlds event they were given the Star Award for the Couple with the Most Impact on Swing & Jordan won Best Swing Choreographer.
They have won Swing Couple of the Year for 5 years straight on the web site: www.usaswingnet.com - an amazing achievement for a dancing couple! Jordan & Tatiana have won Fox TV's "30 Seconds to Fame", appeared twice on CBS TV's "Star Search", danced in the motion picture "The Polar Express", won "America's Best Dance Couple" on ABC TV's "Good Morning America", & had speaking roles & danced in the movie "Love 'N Dancing".
They travel 47 out of 52 weekends per year, competing & teaching packed workshops all across the USA & internationally. They are certified teachers in the Golden State Dance Teacher's Association.

PARKER DEARBORN - WEST COAST SWING - USA
Parker is a well known performer and teacher in the United States in West Coast Swing dancing with an impressive list of achievements in competitions across the USA!
Parker Dearborn began his dance career seventeen years ago in Ballroom, Latin, and West Coast Swing. He quickly discovered his passion for West Coast Swing and became a professional dancer and instructor in his hometown of San Diego, California at the young age of seventeen. Since then, he has dedicated his life to creating an incredibly successful career by competing, choreographing, judging, event directing, and traveling around the world to teach and spread his love for West Coast Swing.
Parker’s exceptional talent, distinct style, and irresistibly charming showmanship have earned him the most prestigious awards in the world of West Coast Swing. Parker holds the title to every major championship in the nation, including three time US Open Swing Dance Champion and two time Grand National Swing Dance Champion. In 2009, he was inducted into the Dallas D.A.N.C.E. Hall of Fame for his repetitive wins at this national contest. Parker’s decorated competition career has since distinguished him as one of the most sought-after choreographers and instructors in the world.
Parker’s success received recognition off the dance floor as well. He appeared in the off-Broadway production of Swango and the Hollywood movie, Love and Dancing. He also demonstrated his creativity and innovation as a choreographer for the hit television series, So You Think You Can Dance.
Although Parker continues to travel and teach around the globe, his most recent endeavors have lead him to own and direct the largest, most successful international West Coast Swing event in the world, Swing Diego Dance Championships. In addition to this substantial undertaking, Parker also directs a new event in Las Vegas called Sin City Swing as well as Endless Summer Swing Camp, which is the first multi-leveled swing dance camp of its kind in the United States.
Perhaps, one of Parker’s most significant contributions to the dance community may be his creation of Project Swing. Project Swing offers dancers of all levels the opportunity to participate in formation teams coached by professionals. But most importantly, it provides free classes to beginners in hopes of expanding the community and sharing the love for West Coast Swing. Parker invests an immense amount of time and energy into Project Swing because he truly believes in this dance’s capacity to inspire joy and change lives.
Parker will be teaching 4 hours of the mult-level West Coast Swing Workshops at Best of the Best 2013 plus he’ll be judging, MC’ing, DJ’ing and conducting private lessons!
Kadu & Larissa are one of the best Zouk Lambada couples you will come across in Australia.
Originally from Brazil where they were trained in Zouk, and in 2007 they moved to Queensland to become part of Rio Rhythmics Latin Dance Company in Brisbane. They now spend their time traveling all over Australia, and the World, teaching and performing!
In 2011 and 2012 they won the "People's choice award" for the Most Watched Latin Dance Congress couple on You Tube!
We have been extremely impressed by this couple over the past couple of years and thought they’d be a perfect addition to Best of the Best as Zouk is influencing West Coast Swing so much these days!
Kadu & Larissa will be teaching a total of 4 hours of Zouk workings which will including starts with a beginners Zouk workshop and showing you some Zouk styling to use within your West Coast swing dancing! Kadu & Larissa will also be performing a freestyle dance at the Friday night social plus they’ll be performing a Choreographed Routine at the Performance Show Night!

BEN MCHENRY - WEST COAST SWING - USA
Ben started dancing West Coast Swing when he was 11 years old and he quickly fell in love with the dance. He began rising up the competitive circuit at age 14. At age 16, Ben was competing in the All Star division and making a name for himself up and down Western America. Around this time, he began teaching and quickly made major impacts in many aspiring dancer's abilities. Over the past 7 years competing in the Champions JnJ division, he has regularly placed in many competitions, including multiple wins in the Champs division. He also has 2 wins at the US Open Swing Dance Championships in the Junior Strictly Swing division in 2006 and in the All Star Jack and Jill division in 2008. Now, at age 24 and a current US Open Classic finalist, he is widely considered one of the top up and coming instructors in the world having the opportunity to teach all over the US as well as internationally. He is looking forward to a lifetime of helping aspiring West Coast Swing dancers around the world with his exceptional insights and passion for this dance.

CHARLES GIL & JANET BRADBURN
Charles & Janet are have been a dance partnership for a number of years now.
Charles runs Nuroc Dance Company which has been operating several venues teaching Modern Jive & West Coast Swing in the Sydney areas for over 15 years!
Janet is a regular teacher and demonstrator at Nuroc Dance Company and she will be teaching with Zee from Sinapore!
ALLAN & HOLLY SKINNER
Allan and Holly Skinner are the directors of Raw Connection WCS in Queensland and the current Australian Open WCS Champions. They have been teaching dance together for over 7 years and are well known for their fun and relaxed style of teaching. Allan and Holly love dancing and teaching West Coast Swing and are passionate about the development of the dance around Australia.
BRADY STANTON & LIBBY COLLINS
Brady is from South Australia and runs Third Food Adelaide and Libby is from Victoria. Brady and Libby's comprehensive understanding of Dance, encompassing Classical Ballet, Jazz, Funk/Hip Hop, Ballroom, Latin, Modern Jive, Lindy Hop, other Swing Dances, Rock'n'Roll and West Coast Swing, as well as their infectious enthusiasm, make them versatile and effective, inspiring instructors. They love to teach and it shows!
JESSE VOS & MADDIE
Jesse Vos & Maddie are a very popular dance partnership coming all the way from Western Australia to join us at Best of the Best 2013.
Jesse runs a dance company in Perth called "DSD Street Swing".
Jesse is one of Australia's best male dancers reaching an Allstars level in just over twelve months of West Coast Swing Dancing! You'll recognise Maddie as one of Australia's most fun West Coast Swing females to dance with!

Juan Rando runs Juan Rando Dance Academy in Perth and he started training as a dancer in the early 90’s.
His journey has taken him through many styles from Club Dancing to Ballroom.
Ultimately, his journey brought him to the 3 styles that have been his love and passion since 1998, Argentine Tango, Salsa and West Coast Swing.
Juan has developed a reputation for constantly developing his own techniques, and in developing great systems of passing this knowledge to his students.
As a full time teacher of over 14 years, Juan has an immense depth of knowledge in dance technique and movement, and is one of the most experienced dance teachers in the Australia today, within these three genres.
Adrian & Nikki join us all the way from Newcastle.
Adrian is the director of danceVibe - a dance company that teaches West Coast Swing & Modern Jive!
Adrian and Nikki introduced West Coast Swing to Newcastle early 2011. Since then they had a regular and enthusiastic following. Kate from Syndey has also been wonderful support with time on the floor and behind the scenes. They are all passionate about learning all they can and sharing all they know. They love the sense of community and the inter-school and international support and look forward to the journey ahead. danceVibe particularly looks forward to being part of best of the best 2013!
ZEE YI WEE - SINGAPORE
Zee is an accomplished Salsa artiste who has taught and performed at some of the biggest Salsa Congresses all over the World - Los Angeles, New York, Sydney, Amsterdam, etc. His West Coast Swing journey began when he met Jordan & Tatiana at the Sydney Salsa Congress in 2009.
He was fascinated by this smooth and expressive dance, and began dancing WCS in earnest in 2010. Having no one back home in Singapore to learn WCS from, Zee learnt the dance by painstakingly piecing together the fundamentals from the intensive private lessons he could squeeze in whenever he traveled to WCS events, and from various instructional DVDs.
His hard work is paying off, and Zee has been attracting notice in the competitive scene, at his first major outing, he won Novice J&J at Boogie By the Bay 2011 and took 2nd in Strictly. He has followed this up with a solid showing in Intermediate, taking 2nd place at Intermediate J&J and 1st place in Pro-Am at SwingDiego 2012, and then 1st, 2nd, 3rd for Pro-Am, Strictly and J&J respectively at Liberty Swing 2012.
He has also pushed the Singapore scene along rapidly and is highly respected for his innovative teaching style, which places a lot of emphasis on technique. Zee's first international foray in teaching WCS was at Chico Dance Sensation 2012.
Zee will be teaching a 1 hour workshop with Janet from Sydney!
